1. Cancellation Time Frame: You may cancel your order on the Shovii app or website within 5 minutes of placing it. After this period, the cancellation request may not be processed.


2. Cancellation Process: To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

   - Open the Shovii app or visit our website.

   - Navigate to the "Orders" section.

   - Locate the specific order you wish to cancel.

   - Select the cancellation option and provide a reason for cancellation, if prompted.

   - Once your cancellation request is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.


Refund Policy:


1. Eligibility for Refunds:

   - Incomplete or undeliverable orders: If your order is not fulfilled or cannot be delivered due to reasons beyond your control or the restaurant's control, you may be eligible for a refund.

   - Quality issues: If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or substandard food item, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery to request a refund.

   - Payment issues: In case of payment discrepancies or double charges, we will investigate the matter promptly and issue a refund if necessary.


2. Refund Process:
